33 Weeks...

I have been really busy working out and sleeping that I have not had time to blog.  I am down 162 pounds now and I am feeling great.

I am no longer supposed to do lots of cardio.  I have to cut it back to one or two days a week so I am busy trying to find a workout that works for me.  I had a appointment with my surgeon last week and he was really happy with my progress so far.  I signed a form with him to get my gall bladder removed which is something we were always planning on doing and I should be having surgery in the next couple of weeks.  The next day I went to the dietitian and she was quite upset about the amount of weight that I have lost.  She said that I am at the point where I am losing too much weight too fast and that I have to try and slow it down.  So now I have to see a psychologist to see if they can help me figure out a way too make me eat more and exercise less.  We will see if they can actually convince me to do this.

Two weeks ago I went to visit Michelle and Rebecca in Lethbridge and Michelle had her baby while I was there.  I beautiful baby girl that she named Julia Lynae.  It was pretty exciting to be able to see the baby right after it was born and not have to wait a couple of weeks to see it.

Last weekend we went down there for the baptism and hardly anyone recognized me.  They all kept on calling me Shauna.  So I guess we look a lot alike.

Well thats all for now.  Hopefully I am able to update again soon.  My bootcamp class is over until January so I should have some more time on my hands.

Seven Months or 30 Weeks

It is really been seven months.  Which in a way is crazy.  I have lost 154 pounds since the beginning of this year and I am feeling great.

One of these days I will have to take a picture.  I was planning on taking one every month but I kind of forgot for the last couple of months.  I do not think I have changed that much anyways because my weight has started to slow down.

What is amazing is I am now wearing the same size clothes as I did when I was in Grade 6.  Which is pretty crazy.  I also have been doing boot camp 3 days a week and I have been able to run around the track without stopping which I think is quite a accomplishment.
