It will be a slow process and I will have to slowly learn how to eat again but it will also be the best thing that I have ever done.
I have started my 2 week 5 day liquid diet. It is just 4 cups of milk and 4 ensures a day as well as any liquids that are less then 5 calories per serving. It is going pretty well so far. You just have to look at the big picture and it helps you not eat but it is hard. You would never know how many social events involve food until you cannot eat anymore. But I guess I will slowly get used to this.
